At Quafila, we offer the following secure and convenient payment options:

1. Online Payment

Pay the full order amount securely online using the available payment methods, such as Mada, Visa, Mastercard, or Apple Pay.

2. Product Reservation – 32 SAR

You can reserve your product by paying a fixed 32 SAR reservation fee in advance. The product will then be reserved and prepared for delivery.

The remaining balance will be paid by Cash on Delivery (COD) when you receive your order.

Important – Non-Refundable Reservation Fee

The 32 SAR reservation fee is strictly non-refundable if the customer cancels, refuses, or fails to receive the order for any reason after the reservation has been confirmed.

The 32 SAR reservation fee is deducted from the total order price and is not an additional charge.

Example:
For an order totaling 150 SAR:

• 32 SAR → paid in advance as the reservation fee

• 118 SAR → paid upon delivery by COD

By selecting the 32 SAR Product Reservation option, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these reservation terms.
