1. Return & Exchange Period

You have 4 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

Be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and warranties).
Show no signs of wear, damage, or modification.
Be accompanied by a proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

⚠️ Non-returnable items (for hygiene or safety reasons):

In-ear headphones/earbuds.
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

3. Return Procedure

Contact our customer support at contact@quafila.com or via the Contact Us page, including your order number.
We will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether it has been approved or rejected.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds may take 7 to 14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the product is defective or delivered by mistake).

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for another model or item, please specify it when requesting the return.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Defective or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In this case, all return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by Quafila.com.
