I was thinking about whether I should buy a feeder with a built-in camera or not. I considered getting regular feeders along with an indoor camera for the living/dining room, but that would have cost me more money. So in the end, I decided to purchase the feeder with the camera. This option has given me great peace of mind because I can easily check on my cats anytime.
