The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Deterioration due to poor maintenance, moisture, sand, or chemical corrosion.

  • Modifications or repairs carried out by a non-authorized service.

  • Normal wear and tear of components (batteries, cables, accessories, etc.).


🧾 4. How to Claim Your Warranty

    • order number

    • product serial number (if available)

    • photo or video showing the defect

  2. Once reviewed, our team will provide you with instructions for:

    • Returning the defective product, and  Receiving a replacement.


🚚 5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are covered if the issue is confirmed to be under warranty.

  • If the problem is not covered (e.g., misuse), shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.


🔁 6. Replacement or Refund

If the product cannot be repaired or replaced:

  • You may be eligible for a full refund or a store credit, depending on your preference.


🕒 7. Processing Time

Warranty claims are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the issue and product availability.


🧩 8. Extended Warranty (Optional)

During checkout, you may choose to extend your warranty for:

  • +1 year or +2 additional years

  • Covers the same conditions as the standard warranty
